You can reach us by public transport via the “Praterstern” station, which is just a 5-minute walk from the Prater DOME. (S-Bahn, ÖBB, U1/U2)

The best way to arrive by taxi is to go directly to the “Venediger Au” stop (Ausstellungsstraße). This taxi stand is staffed continuously during Prater DOME's opening hours.

There are parking facilities available in the public parking areas at Prater. (Prater garages at Tiefwerk)

Generally, we are open on Fridays, Saturdays, and the nights before holidays from 23:00-06:00, though hours may vary depending on the event. Find all info HERE.

Admission is one-way. Guests who leave Prater DOME will need to purchase another ticket to re-enter. However, there is a ROOFTOP area for guests, who need a break outdoors.

There is a cloakroom at the entrance and lockers throughout the club. The cost per jacket or locker is €2.

Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed.

At Prater DOME you can either pay by card or in cash.

For the safety and well-being of our guests, all guests must undergo a security check by our security staff before entering the club.

Prater DOME reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not pass the security check.

To ensure smooth entry, please have a valid photo ID ready. Generally, entry is allowed from 18 years of age. For certain events, the age requirement may vary. Find all info HERE.

We kindly ask our guests to wear neat and appropriate clothing for the occasion. Sportswear, swimwear, and extremely casual outfits (e.g. short shorts or tank tops) are not permitted in order to maintain the club's atmosphere. Merchandise items for sports teams or ideological clothing that could cause offense are also not allowed.

On certain opening days (e.g., Halloween), the dress code may vary. Find all info HERE.

Bags and luggage can be checked in at the cloakroom. For safety reasons, bags larger than a standard-sized handbag are not allowed in the club area.

Personal photo and video recordings with a smartphone are allowed. Taking unwanted photos of other guests is prohibited.

Filming or photographing for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden. Unauthorized professional cameras and equipment are not allowed.

Our own photo and video team will cover events. By entering Prater DOME, you consent to being filmed or photographed for any purposes in all media worldwide. More info can be found on our website under PRIVACY POLICY.

VIP tables can be reserved HERE directly through our website or via mail to reservierung@praterdome.at.

VIP tables in the Exclusive VIP Area on the MAIN FLOOR can be requested HERE or via mail to viptables@praterdome.at. A staff member will contact you personally to ensure exclusive service.

A €50 deposit is required when reserving a VIP table. The deposit counts towards the minimum consumption amount.

All VIP table prices are minimum spend. The amount must be paid at arrival and will be credited for your beverage orders.

Entry fees are not included in VIP table prices except for the Exclusive VIP area.

Please arrive by 1:00 AM to claim your VIP table, or your reservation and deposit will be forfeited.

We can prepare drinks at your VIP table before your arrival. Please email your pre-order to reservierung@praterdome.at. Only bottled drinks are served at VIP tables.

For cancellations up to 48 hours before the event, we charge a 25% cancellation fee. Up to 24 hours before the event, a 50% cancellation fee applies. For cancellations within 12 hours of the event, a 100% cancellation fee applies. The cancellation fee is based on the deposit amount.

With a VIP ticket or table reservation, you have fast lane access and can bypass the queue and head directly to our VIP/Guestlist counter.

The table layout for each area can be viewed HERE. The plan for the Exclusive VIP Area will be emailed to you along with prices once you submit a request.

The €50 deposit can be paid using the online reservation payment methods. The remaining amount is due at the entrance, either in cash or by card.

The full amount (deposit and balance) will be credited to your table as your credit for your drinks order. Payment fees are additional.

The lounge renter is liable for any willful property damage according to our LIABILITY AGREEMENT. Prater DOME reserves the right to refuse entry – even with a valid VIP table reservation – according to our ADMISSION CRITERIA. By requesting a lounge, the customer agrees to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of Prater DOME.

We don’t offer requests.

Prater DOME reserves the right to refuse entry – even with a valid ticket – according to our ADMISSION CRITERIA.

Violating these guidelines may result in exclusion from the event:

·      Consent is the basis of every interaction: “No” means No. “Maybe” means No. Only an explicit “Yes” means Yes!

·      Illegal drugs are not permitted: this is for the safety and well-being of all guests.

·      Physical or verbal boundary violations will not be tolerated

·      No racism

·      No sexism

·      No queerphobia / homophobia / transphobia

·      No ableism

·      No classism

·      No religious discrimination (antisemitism, islamophobia, etc.)

·      No body shaming

Do you feel uncomfortable or threatened? The Angel Shot is an internationally recognized, discreet code word used in bars and clubs to help people quickly in unpleasant or threatening situations. At Prater DOME, guests can order an Angel Shot at any bar without having to openly explain their situation.

Prater DOME and the MAIN FLOOR and CLASSICS FLOOR are accessible. Registered accompanying persons receive free entry.

Directly in the entrance area after the ticket counter you will find an information desk, which serves as a fixed point where you can request assistance at any time.

Sometimes you just need a moment to catch your breath. Plenty of seating areas are available throughout Prater DOME, and you even get some fresh air on our terrace. If you need a low-stimulus space, please approach our team – we'll be happy to guide you to our quiet room.

By visiting Prater DOME, you automatically agree to our guidelines and help to ensure that all guests can enjoy a pleasant evening.
